Also known as Babi Guling.
Fried spice paste/rub of shallots, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, lemongrass, Thai chilies, coriander, turmeric, salt, pepper, brown sugar, soy sauce. Fry in veggie oil.
Stuff half into your pork roast/loin/shoulder. Rub the other half over the meat.
Cook over medium heat on the grill for two hours for a three pound piece of meat.
This is all that's left. Mmm Mmm.
